“My life has been devoted to creating peace and health, both mental and physical, in my life, my relationships and in the world.  I believe that accumulated stress in the mind and body obscures our natural vitality, creativity, inner peace and freedom of choice.  Yoga provides practical techniques to release that stress and reveal our innate intelligence and joy.”
